Zero Waste Marriage

AryaSamaj2.0 tries to ensure that there is no wastage of food in celebrations. Everything should be aplenty but nothing should be wasted.

This philosophy extends to food where left overs are distributed to needy people. We also encourage our patrons to minimize on gifts and do away with the traditions that are meant to observe only formalities. Although we would ensure that the Jaimala for bride and groom is one of the best qualities, we would discourage people to throw rice on couple. Except personal use articles, we insist that available decorations / props / lights are utilized instead of single use articles.

AryaSamaj2.0 tries to use best quality cutlery. We do not use plastic / thermocol plates at all. Napkins and certain other disposable items are necessary due to hygiene requirements.
