Celebrations and Festivals

Ours is a the most rich culture in the world by any standards. Events like marriage / engagement are not formality in our country – parents actually wait and prepare for these events all thru their life. In India, we live for and breathe these events. Not to mention, our regular monthly / yearly festivals like Holi, Diwali, Sankranti, Chaturthi, Ekadashi … we are a culture of festivals.

Each of these events has a spiritual meaning and rationale. For most of us it doesn’t mean anything more than sharing an already forwarded message on whats-up. We appreciate that there is no time left for these in our busy lifestyle. Honestly we need God only a few times in a year – when there is a reason to celebrate or a cause of sadness. Rest of the days – God is on backburner. He is there but not needed at all.

When the need for God is felt for any event – we propose to fulfill it in a truly modern way. We have an air-conditioned temple with advanced sound system, stage, crystal decorations, lighting, live internet feeds, in-house kitchen – all under one roof.

In this temple , we organize all your family functions – marriage , engagements, anniversaries, birthdays.  We follow complete Vedic traditions and aim to preserve the sanctity and authenticity of our religious customs. A specially designed ‘Havan’ is always a part of every celebration.

Yet the style of celebration is truly modern. Every ceremony is explained by priests – visually, verbally, using music, films, slides. (You can even choose to have entire function in English language). Distant relatives can participate via video-conferencing.

Every celebration is an educative and fun filled event.  It is one endeavor to let everyone know the real purpose and message associated with the event. People don’t do karm-kand alone, they experience and live the event.
