We, at AryaSamaj2.0, are strongly committed to inter caste marriages without any dowry or other ulterior motive. At the same time, we are equally concerned about our duties to preserve and protect the social fabric of our culture that views marriage as a sacred bond not only between individuals but two families and society as a whole.

Procedure and documents required for Social and Nuclear marriages are almost same. If the couple needs a ‘Legal Certificate’ from AryaSamaj2.0, certain legal affidavits are necessary. This is applicable even if parents and family members are present and participating in marriage celebrations. Should a couple wants to perform only ‘Sanskar’ ( Vidhi ) without any legal requirements, only a self declaration on plain paper is enough.

Please note that the documents are to be submitted in advance and should be valid as on the date of marriage. Post submission of documents for the purpose of obtaining a certificate is not allowed.

AryaSamaj2.0 is not answerable to any private person or institution ( except the court of law and Government agencies ) in relation to a marriage conducted by it. AryaSamaj2.0 would NOT provide any affidavit, declaration , sign any papers , disclose any details to anyone except as required by law.

Court of Pune have sole sole jurisdiction for any dispute arising out any marriage at AryaSamaj2.0.
